Our production complex combines raw-material intake, processing, quality control, and export logistics on a single site. That is how we guarantee spec compliance and delivery reliability at wholesale volume.
Production process
- Step 01Raw material intake
Sawdust and clean wood shavings sourced from certified forestry and sawmill partners. Every delivery is weighed, sampled, and logged.
- Step 02Drying
Rotary drum dryers reduce moisture to <10% — the critical prerequisite for consistent pellet density and calorific value.
- Step 03Hammer milling
Dried material is milled to <4 mm particle size to ensure uniform pelletization.
- Step 04Pelletizing
High-tonnage ring-die pellet mills press the material at controlled temperature and pressure.
- Step 05Cooling & sieving
Counter-flow coolers stabilize pellets and remove fines; every batch is sieved before packaging.
- Step 06QA & packaging
Batch samples enter the in-house lab; approved product is bagged in 15 kg, big-bag, or dispatched in bulk.
